Services

Click495 provides digital agency services including web design, development, ecommerce solutions and digital marketing. All services are subject to a signed proposal or statement of work.

Payment

A deposit of 50% is required to commence work. The remaining balance is due prior to final delivery. Payment terms are stated in each project proposal.

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, all deliverables produced by Click495 for the client become the client’s property. Click495 retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Click495’s liability is limited to the total value of the contract. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profits or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
